Taruh potongan ayam dimangkok besar. lumuri dengan 2 sdm sambal ulek, kunyit, laos, garam, merica &amp;amp; minyak. aduk rata dan diamakan selama 1 jam.&lt;/p&gt;2. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1. ayam dipotong bentuk dadu. lalu dalam baskom, campurkan minyak, kecap manis, dan bawang putih yang telah diulek/diparut. lalu lumurkan pada potongan ayam. tutup dan simpan ayam dikulkas +/- 1 jam agar bumbu meresap.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. &lt;em&gt;bumbu kacang&lt;/em&gt;: panaskan minyak di wajan. lalu tumis bawang putih &amp;amp; merah hingga layu.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. masukkan peanut butter. tambahkan garam, gula merah, kecap manis dan irisan cabe. aduk2 rata. masukkan air. beri santan sedikit. masak hingga matang.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. campur kecap manis dan minyak dipiring. beri sedikit bumbu kacang dan irisan bawang merah. aduk rata. oleskan tusukkan ayam diatasnya hingga rata tiap sisinya. lalu bakar. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;5. lalu ulangi lagi mengoles tusukkan ayam di bumbu kacang dan bakar lagi hingga matang.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;6. hidangkan bersama bumbu kacang dan taburi dengan bawang goreng.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ff33;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tips:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Panaskan oven pada suhu 160°C. olesi loyang persegi dengan mentega lalu taburi dengan tepung.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.
